Wendy Markson is a Toronto-born film-lover and arts & culture scene supporter with a background in philosophy, literary criticism, and social anthropology, and most recently, HR consulting. Her academic work focused on gender and feminist theory, the psychology behind xenophobia, and cross-cultural experiences of the gender dynamic. Drawing on the broad cultural perspectives encountered through her studies, along with her natural propensity to understand conflict from all perspectives, Wendy now works with and promotes alternative dispute resolution, and coaches managers on fair, respectful communication and management.
